Carrie Morris, Founder
Carrie Morris founded Nanny Pros, Inc. back in 2005 shortly after the birth of her twins. Having spent several thousands of dollars on multiple nanny searches, she determined that there had to be a better way for families to find quality, affordable care for their children.

Passionate about the art of matching nannies with families, Carrie now promotes a model that is truly dedicated and centered first on the care of the children and from there focuses on each family’s specific needs without losing sight of the needs and wants of the care provider. Her commitment, and that of her staff, is to the entire process of finding the right nanny for each individual family, from the beginning to the “happily never ending” … and every step in between.

Tiffany Martinson, Recruiter and Client Services
Tiffany Martinson has been a professional nanny for 10 years, working as a live-in and live-out nanny in Seattle and the Bay Area. She has a passion for children and the nanny profession and is a strong believer in the importance of quality childcare. She strives to help nannies and families join together in mutually beneficial relationships.
