Nanny Pros, Inc. ("NPI") welcomes you. NPI’s Privacy Policy covers
the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be
collected by NPI anytime you interact with NPI, including but limited to,
browsing, registration, usage, purchasing, searching, bidding, providing and
posting personal information, multimedia, advertising, listings, various
communication tools, and forums. This Policy applies to all of NPI’s
products, services, and website. NPI is committed to your privacy and the
protection of your information.
1. SCOPE
NPI’s Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect
and use the personal information you decide to share, and help you make informed
decisions when using NPI, located at
www.nannyprosinc.com. By using or accessing NPI, you are
accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND NPI’s USAGE OF IT
NPI offers a number of services that do not require you to register for an
account or provide any personal information to us. In order to provide our full
range of services, we may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide
Registration: When you sign up for a NPI Account, service,
or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information,
including but not limited to, email address and an account password. When
you use NPI services, our servers automatically record all functionality you
utilize on NPI, including but not limited to, viewing an offering, making a
purchase, sending an email. These server logs may include information such as
your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the
date and time of your request.
NPI may also collect information about you from other sources, such as
newspapers, publications, articles, power-point presentations, photos, videos
and other uploaded documents and/or multimedia in order to provide you with more
useful information and a more personalized experience.
Profile: You may set up your personal profile, form
relationships, send messages, perform searches and queries, form groups, set up
events, add applications, and transmit information through various channels. We
collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer
personalized features. When you update information, we usually keep a backup
copy of the prior version for a reasonable period of time to enable reversion to
the prior version of that information.
Mail: You may send email or other communication to
NPI and/or NPI Users/Providers; we may retain those communications in order to
process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Account: You may purchase products and services
provided by NPI. For certain services, such as our Recruiting and
Consulting programs, we process all payments via PayPal. NPI does not save
any credit card information the user enters. PayPal handles all payment
details. We may combine the information you submit under your account with
information from other NPI services or third parties in order to provide you
with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain
services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such
information.
Other sites
This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and
services that are owned and operated by NPI. We do not exercise control over the
sites displayed as search results or links from within our various services.
These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer,
collect data or solicit personal information from you.
NPI Usage of
Information you provide
NPI only processes
personal information for the purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy
for specific services. In addition to the above, such purposes include:

NPI processes personal

profile, including contact and personal information, pictures, interests and

In order to provide superior service, your personal information may be

Choices for personal
information
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we
ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner
different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your

If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those
described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer
you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those

which case NPI may not be able to provide those services to you.

age of 13
NPI does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from
anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. No one
under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on NPI. In the event
that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age
13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as

We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for

Information sharing
NPI only shares personal information with other companies or individuals

information does not identify you individually.

include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing
